Franchising can be an excellent way to start and grow a business. Like any other business, franchise opportunities require due diligence and careful planning. Having participated in franchising as both a franchisee and area developer, I can help franchisors, prospective franchisees and franchise consultants prepare, review, evaluate and execute the many documents and records that must be addressed to foster a healthy and satisfactory relationship.

In 2006, I was recognized with the Trailblazer Award of the American Associaton of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD), an organization dedicated to the development and maintenance of ethical standards and fairness in all aspects of franchising relationships. It is in that spirit that I approach my work as an advisor and advocate in this area.
